By placing an order on our store, you agree to the following:

Orders & Payment

All orders are prepaid online. Prices are listed on each product page and include the produce box and the donation to your selected organization.

Delivery & Pickup

Boxes are delivered to organization pickup locations, not to individual homes. It is your responsibility to pick up your box during the scheduled window. We are not responsible for boxes not picked up during the scheduled time.

Freshness & Quality

All produce is stored and handled in a food safety certified facility. Box contents rotate and may vary. We cannot guarantee specific items in any box.

Returns

If there is a quality issue, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will deliver a replacement to your home. We do not offer refunds on perishable items.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page.
