Because our boxes contain fresh, perishable produce, we handle returns a little differently.

If something is wrong with your box:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of pickup
  • Send us photos of the issue
  • We will deliver a replacement box directly to your home

We do not offer refunds, but we will always make it right with a replacement if there is a quality issue.
