How Delivery Works

We deliver produce boxes to your organization's pickup location — not to your home. When you place an order, your box will be delivered to your selected organization on the scheduled delivery date.

When do I get my box?

Delivery dates depend on your organization. Each organization has a set delivery schedule — you'll see the details on the product page when you order.

How do I pick up my box?

Your box will be available at the pickup location and time listed on the product page and in your order confirmation email. Please pick up your box during the scheduled window.

What if I miss pickup?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you can't make your pickup time. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee availability after the pickup window closes.
